Job description

About Kramer Media

Kramer Media is a 15-year-established coaching company partnering with leading brands across the dating, health, and finance industries. Through proven, results-driven coaching programs, we help individuals improve their relationships, health, confidence, and financial direction.

As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our remote sales team and seeking reliable, coachable sales professionals who want consistent inbound opportunities, clear systems, and performance-based earnings—without the need for prospecting or booking calls.

Role Overview

As a High-Ticket Sales Closer, you’ll engage with qualified prospects on pre-booked inbound calls, guide them through a structured, consultative sales process, and help determine whether our coaching programs are the right fit.

You’ll represent our partner brands on calls (white-labeled) and operate within established scripts, processes, and training frameworks—while receiving ongoing support, coaching, and feedback from leadership.

This is a collaborative, well-supported role designed for professionals who value structure and consistency—not commission chaos or lone-wolf selling.

What You’ll Be Closing

  • Markets: Dating, Health, Finance
  • Offer Price: $4,900 (payment plans available)
  • Call Type: Warm and hot inbound calls
  • Daily Call Volume: Approximately 6–7 calls per day

Compensation & Earnings

  • Commission: 10% per sale
  • Typical Monthly Earnings: $10,000–$20,000+
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: $2,000–$10,000
  • No commission cap
  • Paid monthly on collected revenue

Your income is directly tied to closed sales, with consistent opportunity provided.

What We Provide

  • 100% inbound, pre-booked calls
  • No prospecting or call setting required
  • Proven scripts, offers, and fulfillment systems
  • Structured 5-day onboarding and training
  • Ongoing call reviews and performance coaching
  • Clear expectations and documented workflows
  • Fully remote role with flexible structure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months of sales experience (phone or Zoom preferred)
  • Comfortable conducting structured sales conversations
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Organized, dependable, and punctual
  • Able to follow SOPs and manage daily call flow
  • Comfortable using basic tools (calendar, CRM, project management software)
  • Full-time availability required (40 hours per week)

Why This Role Is a Strong Fit

  • You prefer inbound conversations over cold outreach
  • You value clear systems instead of improvising on every call
  • You want consistent feedback, support, and accountability
  • You’re looking for a long-term role with growth potential
  • You enjoy helping people make meaningful decisions—while building uncapped income
