KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, GMS Product Business Analyst to join our Global Mobility Services organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Support product initiatives by owning requirements development, delivery coordination, and execution hygiene
  • Act as a day-to-day partner to Product Leadership, escalating issues with context, impact, and recommendations
  • Enable successful product delivery through structured analysis, cross-team coordination, and documentation
  • Support Product Leadership with delivery readiness, issue triage, and process improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum four years of recent experience as a business analyst or in a similar role supporting technology- or product-based solutions
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; CBAP, PMP, or similar certification preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage requirements, delivery activities, and day-to-day project coordination in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements and documentation
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities, tracking milestones and dependencies, and escalating risks with context and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering with product, technology, and stakeholder teams in a collaborative environment
