Job description

Position Summary: To develop and achieve new business opportunities thru solid planning and execution with our flooring capabilities. This Sales Manager will manage accounting, development and all aspects of OEM account business while being supported by local and Korean headquarters leadership. He/she will create and managing all aspects of relationship building, best practices, training, and promoting HFLOR flooring program for OEM customers.
Ideal candidate will have broad network within USA flooring business and demonstrated ability to bring new (big and small) OEM customers. He/she will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5+ year's proven track record in flooring business sales with Successful previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Wide network with potential OEM customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.

Knowledge and Skills:
โ€ข Flooring expertise from installation, product aspects, and industry knowledge.
โ€ข Ability to communicate successfully using designated software system.
โ€ข Speaking publicly to large crowds in formal and informal settings.
โ€ข Follow-up in a timely manner without being reminded.
โ€ข Time management and planning essential skills.
Travel and Physical Demands:
โ€ข Position requires working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.
