About Moida: Moida is our premier retail store brand, fully owned and operated by StyleKorean. We foster a supportive work culture through team outings, a fully stocked break room, and complimentary K-beauty products.


Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location. We are looking for a strategic leader to build a top-performing team and deliver world-class customer service.


Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida (Altamonte Mall)


Training Schedule:

Mandatory Training:The Store Manager will undergo a comprehensive training program. Training may take place at a different location (e.g., Corporate HQ or existing branch).


Schedule & Compensation:

Salary: $40,000-75,000/Yr, depending on experience and qualifications (Exempt)
Hours: Flexible hours based on operational needs. Weekend shifts and holidays are required. (Prospective hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM).


Key Responsibilities:

Hire and train staff as needed to ensure optimal customer service coverage
Supervise, train, and assist employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions
Develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, particularly around holiday cycles
Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement
Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, and coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
Cross-train employees and support Beauty Advisors to ensure productivity and operational continuity
Manage controllable expenses and strive to maintain profitability
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times


Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred).
Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel)
Background Check: A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.


Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.


References:

Please provide a minimum of three professional references, including at least one former supervisor or manager who can speak to your leadership, operational, and customer service experience.
