What You'll Do

Order & Inventory Management

  • Manage end-to-end order processes including Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Commercial Invoices
  • Monitor inventory across multiple warehouses, proactively identify shortages, and coordinate with purchasing on solutions
  • Participate in quarterly inventory counts


Sales & Brand Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for partner brands and internal sales teams
  • Support pricing accuracy, product renewals, discontinuations, and assortment updates
  • Assist with promotions, campaigns, and exclusive programs


Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Track shipments and delivery schedules; resolve issues such as split shipments or trucking delays
  • Coordinate product sample shipments and maintain organized shipping records (pick tickets, BOLs, confirmations)


Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain product documentation including SDS, COO, HS codes, and regulatory files
  • Monitor compliance requirements such as MoCRA and Prop 65
  • Track MAP issues and ensure MSRP consistency



What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required; 13+ years in sales operations, account coordination, or a related role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and document management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in Korean and English strongly preferred direct communication with our Global HQ in Korea
  • Familiarity with order management systems, retail compliance, or inventory processes a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available); background check required post-offer
