Job description

About the Company

The company is the world's first licensed hybrid decentralized exchange (DEX), on a mission to make wealth-building as natural as daily life. It is building a compliant, self-custodial platform for premium tokenized strategies-from crypto to alternative investments-on trusted infrastructure. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Operations Manager to streamline our partnership ecosystems and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our strategic BD initiatives and technical execution, ensuring that our partners are onboarded seamlessly and our internal workflows scale alongside our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of BD initiatives, managing partner onboarding, launch coordination, and long-term relationship health.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison between the BD team and cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
  • Monitor partner deliverables and timelines while tracking post-launch performance metrics to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Coordinate the integration of market makers, liquidity providers, brokers, and ecosystem collaborators.
  • Facilitate API access and operational readiness in direct collaboration with technical and compliance teams.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), onboarding checklists, and comprehensive partner documentation.
  • Optimize and maintain the BD pipeline, CRM systems, and deal trackers to ensure data integrity.
  • Draft commercial summaries, deal terms, and internal approval documents for executive review.
  • Ensure rigorous version control and internal visibility for all ongoing business development activities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on pipeline status, partner activation metrics, and revenue indicators.
  • Analyze commercial data to identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and areas for process optimization.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and the creation of data-driven dashboards.
  • Design and document scalable workflows to support the firm's expansion.
  • Implement automation and tooling enhancements to reduce manual inefficiencies within the BD lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Business Development Operations, Strategy Ops, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the crypto landscape, including DeFi, Web3, and trading infrastructure (DEX/CEX, liquidity, and market-making).
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional workstreams with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ambiguity is common.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to visualize data for executive presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to interpret operational data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Fluency in Korean is required.
