Familiarity with development tools like Git, IDEs, and knowledge of Korean-specific platforms or localization requirements is often necessary, along with certifications like AWS or Microsoft Azure being advantageous. Communication is usually conducted in English, and teams rely on tools like Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate across time zones. Developers are expected to participate in regular stand-up meetings, code reviews, and pair programming sessions to ensure project alignment. Adapting to different work cultures and proactively seeking clarification on requirements are key to overcoming communication challenges and ensuring project success.
