Job description

The Kona Event Specialist/Driver, oversees and manages the success of events. You will drive/operate a one-of-a- Kona ice unit and provide a memorable experience, by spreading fun, and delivering smiles while giving back to our communities. As a Kona Ice Event Specialist/Driver you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of brand standards, operate all Kona Ice units, and contribute to the success of Kona Ice of Monterey and Salinas.


Part time position only


Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Kona Ice brand by delivering a memorable experience and outstanding customer service
  • Responsible for operating Kona Ice equipment and maintaining equipment to brand standards
  • Maintain a clean driving record, and adhere to company driving and text policy
  • Know event procedures, warehouse expectations and product delivery
  • Transport Kona Ice units from warehouse to event on time and with all inventory necessary for the event
  • Responsible for Kona Ice unit preparation, event set up/ take down, and closing procedures, including inventory and cash counts
  • Take orders, process payment, and ensure transactions are complete and to customer satisfaction
  • Maintain warehouse expectations, and cleanliness of working environment
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, and provide ongoing feedback to improve it
  • Other duties as assigned
