Your Mission
  • Own make-ready and feeding on a multicolor, high-speed Komori press
  • Confidently run paper, board, foil, and plastic while holding tight tolerances
  • Diagnose and resolve sheet-feeding issues; support preventive maintenance
  • Keep your area spotless, safe, and organized
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations—every time
  • Partner with the lead press operator to achieve quality and throughput targets
Is This You?
  • 3+ years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
  • Comfortable following written/verbal instructions; effective solo and on a team
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stack, and operate a pallet jack
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Uncompromising about safety, quality, and efficiency
