Job Overview:

The Heidelberg / Komori Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses to produce high-quality printed products. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, productivity, and equipment performance.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates: 

3rd Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Pay: $26.00-$30.00/hr.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses.
  • Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
  • Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform roller changes and routine press maintenance.
  • Accurately log production data and complete required documentation.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience operating Heidelberg, Komori, KBA (Koenig & Bauer), or Man Roland printing presses required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of press operation and setup.
  • General roller maintenance knowledge.
  • Good color recognition and matching ability.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
  • Basic computer skills.
