Position Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and preparing lodge rooms and condo units for occupancy in a manner that ensures guests clean, attractive and secure accommodations. Attention to detail is very important. Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays.
Employment could lead to a Year Round and benefited position.
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance, adhering to Schweitzer's dress code
  • Clean and prepare accommodations for occupancy through proper application of company specified cleaning procedures
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets with products in required quantities to satisfactorily clean assigned rooms
  • Complete the Housekeeping Room Assignment, correctly identifying the status of each assigned room and reporting any maintenance problems or product shortage
  • Maintain security for guests and lodge/condo units by keeping all doors locked at all times

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities

Physical Capabilities - Able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Able to lift up to 35 lbs
Additional - Will be expected to work around cleaning chemicals.
