Job description

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing supervision of safety policy, quality control, logistics coordination, operational efficiency and customer support for our Houston Location.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of field operations and coordinate logistics for company vehicles and equipment daily.
  • P&L responsibility.
  • Ensure that the project work is carried out as per the assigned schedule.
  • Communicate with company leadership to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment and employee safety to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, tools, equipment and replacement parts.
  • Participate in Company Safety Culture, including training and planning.
  • Other duties assigned by leadership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high rise setting, i.e. swing stage, rope access.
  • Window cleaning experience a plus.
  • Operating knowledge of computer systems and smartphones.
  • Communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish Required.
  • Ability to manage people and processes.
  • Results oriented.
  • OSHA 10 certified required - OSHA 30 a plus.
