Operations Manager (Injection Molding) - PSC121825
 
Pay: $80,000 - 125,000/year

We’re seeking an experienced and results‑oriented Operations Manager to lead a high‑precision injection molding manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee the planning, production, and quality processes that drive the creation of complex molded components. Your leadership will ensure efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across all injection molding operations, while fostering collaboration among engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the plastics production floor and guide cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate operations across planning, engineering, purchasing, labor, and quality assurance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance and achieve operational goals.
  • Manage costs and budgets through monthly CPI reviews and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance output, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and submit required reports to governing bodies.
  • Develop staff capabilities through training programs, mentoring, and career development planning.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support marketing efforts for growth.
  • Drive strategic decisions in policy, planning, and capital equipment investments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
