Position Summary
The Security Operations Manager provides operational leadership for multiple client accounts within an assigned geographic area. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective workforce management, client engagement, employee development, operational compliance, and financial stewardship.
The Security Operations Manager serves as the primary field leader for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships while ensuring security operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements.
Company Vehicle Provided: This position includes a company-issued vehicle to support work-related travel and job responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
  • Direct the daily operations of assigned client accounts to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct routine site visits to verify compliance with post orders, appearance standards, and operational expectations.
  • Develop and maintain site-specific post orders, operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.

Client Partnership
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with client representatives.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Partner with company leadership to identify opportunities for service improvements and account growth.

Workforce Management
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, and retain qualified security personnel.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels while managing labor costs and overtime.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance and support career growth.
  • Administer performance management and corrective action in accordance with company policy.

Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and all applicable regulations.
