Barbaricum is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support TRADOC G2 operations at Fort Eustis, VA, optimizing knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and data management across mission-critical operations. This role involves developing and maintaining knowledge repositories, streamlining information workflows, and enhancing data accessibility for decision-makers. The selected candidate will implement knowledge management strategies, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and ensure compliance with DoD data governance policies, enabling efficient access to mission-essential intelligence, training materials, and operational resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to support TRADOC operations.
  • Maintain and update knowledge repositories and databases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address knowledge gaps.
  • Provide training and guidance on knowledge management tools and practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing initiatives and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • 6-10 years' experience.
  • Experience with knowledge management platforms and tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with TRADOC or similar DoD organizations preferred.
