  • Oversee Operations: Lead and mentor a crew of 20, managing payroll and scheduling via Dayforce and Aspire.

  • Cultivate Relationships: Act as the "fixer" for our local properties, conducting site inspections to ensure our "green" standards are met.

  • Drive Enhancements: Identify property improvements and type up winning proposals to help our clients' landscapes thrive.

  • Be the Expert: Use your knowledge of plant/turf health and irrigation to solve problems on-site.
