The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of inspection plants in an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulates regional objectives and strategies aligned with the company’s mission.
  • Manages daily regional operations, ensuring smooth processes to maximize productivity.
  • Oversees regional budgets, driving profitability and contributing to overall financial health.
  • Ensures regional inspection plants adhere to company policies, maintaining standards across the board.
  • Monitors regional key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluates performance of plant management.
  • Evaluates operational efficiency and recommends improvements.
  • Leads operation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost control.
  • Enforces operational compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manages regional budgets and forecasts.
  • Creates and presents timely, accurate, and complete reports of overall regional results.
