Job Title: General Manager

Location: Grand Junction, CO

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of service technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for managing service operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing the accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with excellent communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of service technicians.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely handling of all accounts receivable.
  • Schedule and coordinate service operations to ensure efficiency and timely completion of work.
  • Foster positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements to maximize productivity and quality.
