As Operations Manager at Mosquito Authority, you will oversee the day-to-day field operations of our organization while ensuring the quality of your team's productivity and efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain licensing and / or certification necessary for the position as dictated by the state that allows the application of our solutions and protocols.
  • Coordinate, manage, monitor, and motivate the field and office personnel's daily activities and duties within the organization. Ensures all protocols are followed to include customer service, applying our 21-day barrier treatment, safety and PPE and uniform standards are followed consistently. Ensures Customer Service scripts are followed to maximize average check.
  • Ensures the company's fleet of vehicles are maintained and in compliance with state and Mosquito Authority standards.
  • Provide reporting and review financial data in a timely manner. Utilize financial data to improve profitability within the unit and function within the parameters of operational budgets.
  • Plan effective strategies and monitor existing strategies for the financial well-being of the organization.
  • Organize recruitment and hiring of required field staff. Establish work schedules to work load. Ensure training requirements are in accordance with Federal, State and Local jurisdictions.
  • Act as a liaison with ownership, aiding in the development of strategic plans for organizational growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to three years pest control experience preferred
  • One to three years of a successful track record managing others
  • Valid Driver's license and a good driving record
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
