THE OPPORTUNITY
We are searching for a Rental Branch Manager to join our growing operations at our Alexandria, LA location. The Rental Branch Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the location and will be expected to work closely with the Rental Operations Manager to provide the necessary expertise, oversight, and support needed to grow the rental business.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
  • Manage all branch operations to ensure productivity, customer service, and profitability
  • Align the business with required operational excellence metrics
  • Maintain a high-quality standard and ensure availability of rental assets
  • Identify areas of improving the company's competitive position and maximize the profitability of the work location
  • Assist in the hiring of the rental department personnel

MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Required: 3 years or more of management experience
  • Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required: Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Required: Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Highly Preferred: Understanding of construction machinery and the rental industry
  • Highly Preferred: 2-3 years of heavy equipment rental management experience
