Job Title: IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist / Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to develop training materials, manage knowledge resources, and support employee learning across IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate will help improve user adoption, maintain documentation, and ensure knowledge is easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver IT training programs and user guides.
  • Create, organize, and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to capture and share technical knowledge.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for employees.
  • Update training materials based on system and process changes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Experience creating training materials and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge management tools.
