Job description

Must work Mondays all day. Schedule would be set. This is PART TIME!
Flexible with hours 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, 20-30 hrs per week. Pay $19- $23 DOE.
Answering phone (very minimal), inputting invoices, daily timesheets, weekly reconciliation of time, taking meeting notes, assist with field and shop scheduling, some supply orders, deliveries (amazon, ups), social media updates, assist with setting up vendors, clients, and new contracts in management system. Construction experience would be a plus.
Microsoft operating system. Familiar with Excel and QuickBooks. They use Knowify for job management and invoicing (easily trained if not familiar).
