DescriptionPosition: Clinical Psychologist SME IIILocation: Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE)Work Environment: Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized. Facility space restrictions may necessitate part-time or full-time telework.)Clearance Required: TIER 2: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)Status: Full-TimeSalary Range: $100,000 - $135,000Knowesis is seeking an SME III – Clinical Psychologist to support the PHCoE Research Adoption branch by translating clinical practice guidelines into actionable support tools. This role provides subject matter expertise to promote evidence-based psychological healthcare across the enterprise.The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Support clinical support tool development to promote evidence-based and clinical practice guideline-compliant psychological healthcare.
  • Review clinical practice guidelines and recommendations to distill key messages for clinical support tools.
  • Provide clinical expertise to multi-site pilot studies assessing the feasibility of implementing novel evidence-based practices.
  • Develop educational materials and guidance for clinicians, patients, and military leaders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
  • At least 8 years of postdoctoral clinical experience.
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working within the Military Health System or VA.
  • Experience translating clinical guidelines into provider training or patient education materials.
