About the Role:
Join TATAHBUILT, LLC as an HVAC Sheetmetal Tin Knocker Lead/Foreman in Norridgewock, ME, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch duct systems. This role is perfect for skilled professionals looking to make an impact in a dynamic work environment.  We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Ductwork Fabrication Lead/Foreman to lead the team.  The ideal candidate should possess the following skills, reading blue prints, hands-on experience with fabricating sheet metal ductwork, measuring jobs and installation, proven Leadership skills.  Candidate must be a Team player and work with a positive attitude; dependability is a must.
Must be able to oversee duct installation at job sites, ensure proper installation according to project plans, lead the team in a professional manner.  Must be able to coordinate with other trades to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise HVAC sheet metal duct installation projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or changes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HVAC sheet metal duct installation and leadership roles a plus.
