Role overview:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Managed Lending Intern to help improve how Kiva documents, organizes, and shares information across internal teams and external partners.

This role will focus on capturing and translating internal knowledge into clear, structured documentation, as well as improving partner-facing resources in collaboration with Marketing and Creative. You will work closely with team members to understand how processes and systems work, then turn that into content that is easy to use and maintain.

In addition to this project-based work, you will provide support during high-volume periods, including helping manage partner requests and assisting with reporting and operational workflows as needed.

Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in documentation, content development, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to a more efficient team and a stronger experience for Kiva's partners.

At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

  • Intermediate skills in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What we offer:

Perks:

  • Access to Kiva's network of Kiva Fellowship and Internship Alumni
  • Optional participation in Kiva's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and social activities such as happy hours and coffee chatsย ย
  • References are gladly given for successful participants

Kiva's Internship is a part-time volunteer position; however, to help offset some expenses, Kiva will provide a modest stipend of $800 a month (before taxes) to its volunteers.
