Do you have a growth mindset? Ideally, you are currently or have been a Care Professional (CNA or HCA) for at least 5 years. You also ideally have potential for much more than Caregiving. You must subscribe to the concept of servant leadership because in this role you will start first by doing before leading. Therefore, you will be willing to take on caregiving shifts while you help build Agape’s presence in Ellensburg into a thriving operation. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up and position yourself for great personal and career growth opportunities. You will report to and work directly with the Co-Founders and Operations Manager and be trained for future promotion opportunities. You must be a self-starter because you will be given a lot of autonomy and your advancement in this role will be tied directly to your performance.

Once we've succeeded at Care Professional recruitment and growing the number of service hours, you can start to determine what you most prefer to do. Since you'll be the first lead role we hire in those cities, you'll have first choice if you want to go into general Office/Operations Management, focus on marketing or take on something entirely new that fits your skillset. This role has the excitement of a startup with the financial stability of an established firm.
You must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record as well as a reliable car. Your fulltime pay guarantees you a predictable wage and there will be opportunity for pay increases and bonuses.
