We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitting Lead to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. As a Kitting Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the pre-weighing, batching, and kitting processes to ensure efficiency and quality in our operations. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of operators in the pre-weighing, batching, and kitting processes.
  • Ensure all materials are accurately weighed and prepared according to specifications.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
