A Kitting Specialist is responsible for assembling individual components or parts into kits that are used in manufacturing, packaging, or shipping processes. Their main duties include organizing inventory, picking parts according to work orders, ensuring accuracy and quality of kits, and sometimes assisting in shipping or warehouse operations. Kitting Specialists play a crucial role in streamlining production by making sure all necessary items are prepared and available for assembly or delivery. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in this role.
