Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with creation of custom Kitting projects.
  • Kit creation involves building kits based on information provided in an assigned kitting ticket. Ticket information includes elements such as:
    • Products going into the kit.
    • Packaging instruction with elements that are included.
    • Quantity of kits
    • Dates/Deadlines for each kit to ship.
  • Ability to follow detailed directions.
  • Ability to partner with other kitting team members in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and potentially work on multiple kits at that same time.
  • Ability to lift packages that are up to 40lbs.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or general education degree.
  • Prior kitting experience a plus.
  • Prior customer service-related communication experience a plus.
Skills/Competencies:
  • Ability to speak and understand the English language.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to be a creative thinker, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with BIG team members whose project you are assigned in a professional and positive manner.
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, for at least 8 hours of a day.
