Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Poulsbo, Washington.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Washington State PT license or ability to obtain WA licensure prior to start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience or willingness to provide 1:1 direct patient care on a 40-minute treatment schedule.
  • Medicare and Medicaid credentialing preferred. If not credentialed, candidate must have WA license information and any other needed documentation available to initiate credentialing within 10 days of start. If unable to meet credentialing timing, facility may reduce guaranteed hours during initial weeks.
  • New graduates considered based on licensing and clinical experience.
  • Commitment to assignment duration beyond standard 13 weeks is preferred.
