Position Overview

As a Utility Worker, you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our Food & Beverage operation. You’ll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, support dishwashing and sanitation, and assist with basic kitchen prep and deliveries. Your efforts directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines and manual methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, trash areas, and workstations.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of all kitchen items and clean equipment.
  • Empty trash and recycling and replace liners in a timely manner.
  • Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.
  • Support cooks and chefs with basic prep and kitchen maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in accordance with brand and health department standards.
  • Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and physically demanding environment.
