Duffy's Prep Cook Job DescriptionReports to: ChefJob Summary: Responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized. Major areas of responsibility:Cut or slice meat, poultry, and seafood to prepare for cooking.Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving.Weigh, portion, and wrap food. Adhere to prep list assigned by Chef

Rotate food and print the time and date label for food in coolers.Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen.Restock kitchen supplies.
