Responsibilities

In the Bar / Kitchen Prep role, the essential duties are to prepare all syrups, cocktail batches, and fresh garnishes according to recipes before each service. Efficiency, time management, organizational skills, and consistency are the most important necessities for this role. Effective communication with other Back of House employees from dishwashers to the Executive Chef will also be essential. 


Qualifications
  • Have 1-2 years of Barback and/or Kitchen experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
  • Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
  • Are organized and proficient at multitasking
  • Are a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure 
  • Have flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
