Job Title: Prep Cook - Premium Airport HospitalityJob Description

This role focuses on delivering high-quality food preparation and service in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment at the San Francisco airport. You will support high-volume kitchen operations, prepare food for both a la carte and buffet service, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace while collaborating closely with the kitchen team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform prep work for both a la carte and buffet service, following established recipes and portion standards.
  • Support high-volume kitchen operations with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Prepare ingredients and menu items across multiple cuisines, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and dishwashing areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage and handling procedures.
  • Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist with dishwashing and clean-up tasks as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and accurate food production.

Pay and Benefits
