Chick-fil-A Prep Team Member (Kitchen / Cold Prep)


Now Hiring: Dependable, Detail-Oriented Prep Team Members

Behind every great Chick-fil-A meal is a strong prep team-and we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join ours! As a Prep Team Member, you'll play a key role in preparing fresh ingredients and menu items that our guests love, including salads, wraps, fruit cups, and catering trays.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in doing things the right way, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.


Position Details
  • Full-time and Part-time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts
  • Available shifts:

Opening: 5:5 AM - 2:00 PM

Mid: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Closing: 2:00 PM - Close

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Seasonal positions not available


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other cold prep items with accuracy and efficiency
  • Wash, chop, and portion fresh lettuce and produce daily
  • Assist with assembling and packaging catering trays and large catering orders
  • Label, date, store, and rotate products to ensure freshness and quality
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Work closely with leaders and teammates to complete prep before peak business times
  • Restock prep supplies and keep the prep area clean and well-maintained

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
