Job description

Team members provide guests with a remarkable dining experience that is always fast, accurate, and friendly. We are hyper focused on a team setting and a commitment to excellence as we strive to provide the highest quality food and service possible.

Back of House Team Member(Line Cook / Salad Prep / Kitchen)

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep, which includes:
  • Filet, grill, bread, and assemble our fresh chicken products
  • Wash, chop, bake, and assemble side items
  • Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
  • Stock and rotate kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
  • Complete all opening, transition, or closing tasks as assigned
