Job description

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients (in-person or virtually) to discuss project goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Create 2D/3D layouts and renderings in 2020spces or Chief Architect - IF a Kitchen/ Master BATHROOM (existing & Proposed) TAKE YOU MORE THAN 30 MINUTES - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!
  • Prepare detailed material selection sheets — tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and finishes.
  • Work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure design plans are executed accurately.
  • Support clients with material selections.
  • Update plans based on customer feedback or field conditions.
  • Review final designs for technical accuracy (plumbing, electrical, layout alignment).
  • Maintain organized digital project files and assist in creating permit-ready drawings when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen & bath design, or related field.
  • Proficient with 2020 spaces Chief Architect software.
  • Strong understanding of construction layouts and spatial planning.
  • Excellent communication skills — must be comfortable with customer-facing interactions.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of residential materials, fixtures, and finishes.

Preferred Qualifications
