Job description

SuperFast Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Colorado-licensed Master Plumber to lead our in-house plumbing operations.
This isn't traditional service plumbing! Our work is scheduled residential kitchen and bath remodeling. No chasing service calls, no building your own customer base, no sales pressure.
Your license will serve as the responsible license for our plumbing operation. As we grow, this role has room to help develop our plumbing standards, train future team members, and eventually lead a larger in-house plumbing department.
Position Summary
Role: Master Plumber / Plumbing Lead
 Employment: Full-Time W-2
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~40 hrs/week
 Location: Western Colorado
Pay: $40–$55/hour, based on experience and leadership ability
Responsibilities

Plumbing Installation — Rough-in and finish plumbing for kitchen/bath remodels; install and relocate supply, drain/waste/vent piping, valves, fixtures, water heaters; gas piping when applicable; troubleshoot issues; complete punch-list/warranty work.
Licensing, Code & Inspections — Serve as company's responsible Master Plumber; ensure code compliance; coordinate permits and inspections; communicate with building departments; help set installation standards.
Production & Scheduling — Work closely with Project Managers, Lead Installers, and office staff. Reliability and proactive communication are critical — plumbing delays affect every other trade on the job.
Team & Project Support — While plumbing is your priority, be willing to step in elsewhere when needed. We work as one team.
Building the Plumbing Department — As volume grows, this role may include training/mentoring plumbers, developing standards, and eventually leading the department.
Quality & Craftsmanship — Deliver reliable, code-compliant work; keep clean job sites; solve problems early; minimize callbacks.
Customer Experience — Represent SuperFast Kitchen & Bath professionally in every home — honesty, reliability, and follow-through matter.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Active CO Master Plumber license in good standing
  • strong knowledge of residential code; residential plumbing experience
  • valid driver's license
  • able to pass background check
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Dependable, organized, professional.
Preferred:
  • Kitchen/bath remodeling experience
  • Experience coordinating with other trades
  • Supervising/training plumbers, or leading crews.

Compensation & Benefits
$40–$55/hour based on experience and leadership ability.
Full-time W-2; company vehicle or reimbursement; tools provided; PTO; paid holidays; 401(k); profit-sharing; performance incentives; consistent year-round work.
Why Join SuperFast Kitchen & Bath
A growing Western Colorado remodeling company built the right way. Steady, scheduled work — one company, one team. Focus on quality craftsmanship and help us build our in-house plumbing department.
We're looking for someone who values quality, reliability, honesty, teamwork, and doing what you say you're going to do.
