Our well-established Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Showroom in Concord, CA is looking for a talented Kitchen and Bathroom Designer & Retail Sales Representative to join our growing team. We’re seeking a business-savvy professional with a passion for design, construction, and sales who is ready to make an immediate impact.

What We’re Looking For

A candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and meets the following criteria:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in kitchen and bath construction, sales, and design.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in 2020 Kitchen Design software, CAD, or Chief Architect.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to design and estimate kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, with knowledge of construction codes.
  • Detail-Oriented: Organized, neat, and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: Degrees in Interior Design, Construction Management, Business, or Marketing are a big plus!

Your Role

As a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer & Sales Representative, you will:

  • Design, present, and sell our products and remodeling services to both new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and connect with potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of updates.
  • Create sales materials to effectively showcase our offerings.
  • Spend most of your time in our showroom, with occasional in-home estimates (must have a reliable vehicle).

Schedule & Expectations

  • Work hours: 9 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Saturday (with two Saturdays per month required/ 5 days per week).
