Company Description Mid South Building Supply is a wholesale distributor specializing in cabinetry, windows, and siding for residential and commercial projects. The company supports contractors, remodelers, and builders with a broad product range and dependable service. In addition to distribution, Mid South Building Supply offers installation programs for all of its products, providing end-to-end solutions. Team members work in a collaborative environment focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen and Bath Designer role based in Fredericksburg, VA. The designer will meet with customers and contractors to assess project needs, provide design consultations, and recommend cabinetry and product solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed kitchen and bath layouts, preparing quotes, and coordinating orders with the sales and installation teams. The role involves guiding clients through product selections, ensuring accurate measurements, and maintaining clear communication from initial concept through installation. The designer will also support showroom presentations, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a positive, professional customer experience.

  • Strong skills in Kitchen & Bath Design and practical knowledge of Cabinetry
