We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local plumbers, builders, and homeowners in bringing beautiful and functional living spaces to life. The Inside Sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a "team first" environment and has a passion for customer service.

Requirements:

Required:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience
  • Product/applications experience
  • Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in plumbing, irrigation, or a related industry
  • Minimum 2 years in similar position
