Job description

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Kitchen/ Back of House operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and work daily in the Kitchen area of the restaurant
  • Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
  • Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
  • Help establish and achieve all labor goals
  • Help establish and achieve all food cost goals
  • Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department
  • Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in restaurant management.
