Job description

Description

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing duties on and off the production line related to preparation, manufacturing, and packaging of product in accordance with Stonewall Kitchen standards.

This position is Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm in York Maine and pays $20 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY

1. Perform all stations on the manufacturing line

2. Visually inspects products to ensure quality is achieved

3. Hand-finish work on product, including tie tags, labels, and pre-ticketing and any other miscellaneous table work required

4. Utilize pallet trucks to assist with movement of finished product

5. Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the shift and at the end of the shift

6. Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate personnel

7. Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment, including food safety.

8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned

9. Successfully follow Module 9, GMP, HACCP, and SOP policies and procedures

Requirements

1. Previous manufacturing experience and ability to operate electrical and manual pallet jacks a plus

2. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for several hours at a time as well as bend and stretch

3. Is flexible with work schedule to accommodate business needs

4. Must have proven abilities to work well within a team

5. Must have strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
