  • Treat every guest as a guest in your own home.

  • Maintain backup supplies. 

  • Preparing food items for the shift. 

  • Preparing utensils, fryers and grill for shift. 

  • Receiving orders from waitstaff on handwritten tickets, or computerized system. 

  • Memorize our menu. 

  • Cooks must accurately prepare food orders as stated in training material.

  • Handle multiple food orders at one time. 

  • Monitor multiple food orders as new orders arrive.
