CURA of Sauk Centre is looking for a dependable and motivated Dietary Aide to support our kitchen team in preparing food and assisting with meal production. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy food preparation and want to contribute to the delivery of high-quality meals in a healthcare environment. As a Dietary Aide, you will help ensure the kitchen operates smoothly by performing essential tasks such as organizing food items, serving food, reading diets, and clean up. Join CURA and be a key player in providing nutritious meals that support patient health and satisfaction.
This position is Full-time and includes every other weekend and holiday rotation. Work the Day shift and be done with work by 2pm! Starting wage at $19/hour!
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients following established recipes and standards.
  • Wash, peel, chop, and portion fruits, vegetables, and other food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and kitchen equipment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
  • Stock and organize food supplies under the guidance of the Cook or Dietary Manager.
  • Support kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and consistent quality.
