We are expanding our design team to add a self-driven individual who will provide our customers with the best possible experience they can have. We are a design, manufacturing and dealer of Kitchen Cabinets & installation. The successful applicant will be friendly & outgoing with a primary responsibility on designing & selling kitchens.

Qualifications:

-          Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen cabinet design & sales

-          Experience with cabinet design programs like 20/20, we have our own

-          Work with tight deadlines

-          Ability to read blueprints

-          Work independently with minimal supervision

-          Ability to work under pressure & respond quickly in a dynamic & changing environment

-          Self-motivated & enthusiastic

-          Exceptional customer service skills

-          Strong communication skills both written & verbal to communicate with clients, contractors & builders

-          Excellent presentation & negotiation skills

-          All aspects of cabinetry building & installation experience would be an asset

-          Excellent organizational & time management skills

-          Detail oriented

-          Problem solver

-          Knowledge of building codes & compliance

-          Maintaining awareness of trends & product development

Responsibilities:

-          Support for the design team, reporting to the supervisor

-          Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design goals

-          Read blueprints & take accurate take offs

-          Ability to generate builder quote, follow up

-          Design kitchens, prepare quotations & prepare orders

-          Planning overall appearance & function of kitchen

-          Working with the installation & services teams to achieve an exceptional product

-          Designs, changes & consulting throughout retail & renovation projects
