Dietary/Kitchen Aide

The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

  • Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, kitchen, facility etc., is prepared or kept in accordance with sanitary regulations.
  • Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
  • Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
  • Assist in preparation, cooking and clean-up of meals and prep areas.
