YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time position works varied hours, and overtime is available.
KEY KIT WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll be assembling and preparing product kits for shipping according to work orders and customer specifications. Precision and attention to detail will be vital, as you'll need to complete kits accurately, properly prepare them for shipping, and keep an eye on our inventory to make sure we don't run out of materials. You'll review orders to verify quantities and inspect components to make sure they're correct. If we run low on inventory, items are damaged, or there are discrepancies between counts and records, you'll promptly report the issue and help find a swift resolution.
You'll coordinate with the shipping and receiving teams to help organize incoming materials, perform cycle counts/inventory audits, and meet business deadlines/demands. You operate equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks, and we can provide forklift training if appropriate. Our Kit Warehouse Associates play a key part in meeting our productivity goals and customer satisfaction targets!
KIT WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Physical ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC/R products and the heating/air conditioning industry
  • Demonstrated sales strategy knowledge
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Basic math and counting abilities
  • Commitment to showing up on time every day
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Customer service mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Positive mentality and effective communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Commitment to meeting company goals and supporting continuous improvement strategies

Additional Qualifications:
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
  • Warehouse experience
  • Experience in a fulfillment, assembly, or inventory role
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
