You'll be the go-to person for ensuring top-quality fulfillment operations, mentoring your teammates, and keeping our production lines running smoothly. What You'll Do
  • Lead Line Operations – Set up production lines, monitor kit preparation, and perform First Piece Approval
  • Team Coordination – Direct and motivate Fulfillment Associates, flex employees, and temp staff to meet specifications
  • Quality Assurance – Conduct in-process audits, enforce quality standards, and stop production if needed to correct concerns
  • Data & Reporting – Verify and report labor data, complete job tickets, and track efficiency metrics
  • Technical Skills – Use EZPOP system/Hydra for preflighting and Excel for formatting
  • Finishing Tasks – Packing, counting, labeling, shrink wrapping, and equipment operation
  • Sustainability – Follow environmental practices including recycling, waste reduction, and energy conservation
  • Continuous Improvement – Evaluate and recommend improvements for kit packing line

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Leadership mindset (no supervisory title, but the ability to train and mentor peers)
  • Organized and able to multitask
