Key responsibilities

  • Tag large items, report missing or incomplete items, and complete required documentation such as Shortage reports and Flush Sheets.

  • Unload, check in, and put away freight while notifying the lead of any discrepancies.


Job description

Stock Room Kit Puller

The kit puller works in our central stockroom pulling parts to create kits needed to complete boats. This person must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. Kits are created everyday based on the boats that need to be built.

  • Build kits daily
  • Tag large items and notify lead of anything missing or incomplete.
  • Fill out Shortage report and Flush Sheet
  • Ensure hard copy of Flush sheet and Shortage report are given to the ICC to Process
  • Notify SR lead of any Inventory problems that may become an issue
  • Unload, Check-in, and put up freight and notify SR Lead of any Discrepancies,
    • IE: No packing slip, incorrect parts or Qty’s, etc.
    • Verify parts received are on short sheet and give to lead to deliver to line.
  • Assist with the Organization and 5S of stockroom to include cycle counts and location corrections
  • Help Lead with any pressing tasks.
  • Help manage line when lead not available.
  • Inform lead of any issues that arise.
  • Daily forklift duties, to include taking out dumpsters and notifying management if not picked up.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience working in a warehouse preferred

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Ability to walk/stand 10 hours/day

Ability to reach/push/pull

Able to use a computer for basic data entry (scanning, typing, emailing, etc)

Must be able to work overtime if needed

Must be able to work Saturday if needed
